第十六期@World“触感学术前沿”国际化交流活动在学院二楼转角会议室成功举办，本次活动特别邀请到 格鲁吉亚理工大学信息与控制系统学院副院长Lily Petriashvili教授作为嘉宾。以“AI助手对现代工作与教育环境的变革作用”为主题，聚焦人工智能技术的前沿应用，深入探讨了AI助手特别是Microsoft 365 Copilot如何重塑现代工作方式与教育模式，为现场学生搭建了一个了解AI在生产力场景落地应用的优质交流平台。
在主题分享环节，Lily Petriashvili 教授围绕 Microsoft 365 Copilot ，从学术与实践视角出发，系统解析了 AI 技术与 Microsoft 生产力生态的融合路径，她指出，传统的信息处理与文档创作等工作往往耗时费力，而Copilot作为安全可靠的AI助手，深度集成于Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook及Teams等办公组件，能够在文档撰写、数据分析、演示设计、邮件管理与团队协作中提供智能化支持，从而显著提升效率与创造力。她还结合自身在分布式系统与数据分析领域的研究成果，通过多个企业案例生动阐释了AI自动化在优化运营流程、辅助决策与节约成本方面的实际价值。
在互动环节，现场学生围绕Copilot在学术数据处理、多语言办公等场景中的应用与教授展开了讨论。Lily Petriashvili教授结合其担任IEEE事务编辑、国际期刊编委及国际会议组织者的丰富经验，逐一解答疑问，提出了兼具学术前瞻性与实践指导意义的见解。
本次交流活动不仅拓展了学院学生对AI技术在不同场景中创新应用的认知，也为后续相关领域的学习与研究提供了宝贵参考。中国三级片

报告人简介：
Lily Petriashvili is a Professor at Georgian Technical University and the Vice Dean for Research and International Affairs at its School of Information and Control Systems. With over 24 years of experience in teaching and research, she holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Georgian Technical University (1993) and a PhD from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany (1995).
Her research interests cover artificial intelligence, business process modeling, distributed systems, data analysis, and the application of information technology in education and management. She has led and participated in numerous domestic and international research projects, including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, NATO SPS, and Rustaveli Foundation programs, and has published more than 160 academic works (including monographs and textbooks). Proficient in German (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2), she also has rich experience in IEEE affairs, serving as an editorial board member of international journals and an organizer of international conferences.
